I'm local, and have fired on all the Sacramento County ranges listed, and a few that no longer exist.
The main issue I see with stance, Weaver or Isosceles, for men and women, is people leaning back.
Slightly bend your knees, and lean forward. Get on the balls of your feet. Act like you are trying to poke the target with your muzzle.
Then it's front sight, front sight, front sight!
Sight alignment, sight picture, then preeeesssssssss that trigger, slowly, steadily to the rear. Preeeeessssssssssss <BANG>!
Have fun, but when you start to feel tired, take a break or end your session. Don't ingrain bad habits.
