I am left-handed/right-eyed and simply canting the pistol (35 degree-ish for me) lines the sights up perfectly without having to twist my neck or drop my head at all. It is a simple technique allowing proper arm alignment and the mechanics actually strengthens your wrist (ie no problems with jamming even with very picky Berettas). Your concern about brass also is addressed by the fact that ejection now has a down and away path. I have shared this tip with several cross-dominant shooters and all have gone from not knowing where their bullets traveled to having nice groupings immediately.
