$50 per brick is a good price because it discourages scammers from buying to resell, so the ammo sells to real shooters.
Honestly, I wish people would NOT think that $50/500 is a good price and just let it sit on the shelves until retailers realize that we want our $20/500 ammo back. But as long as people buy it, the retailers are going to keep the price high (which is fair). But at $50/500, that means flippers will keep snapping up the $30/500 deals and reselling for $40.
But hey, that's capitalism for you. You want it? Pay for it.
