Default Thinking of starting a White House petition

Was thinking of starting a White house petition to call out the gun grabbers. I would propose that following law be passed along with any gun laws that are passed. Any improvements that should be done before posting to the White house site?

It is the consensus of the people that "elected officials" are passing laws that have no effect on gun violence against the average citizen. The "elected officials" are using their own power and influence to protect themselves while the average citizen suffers the negative effects from their ineffective laws. This is a bill to put the "elected officials" on the same level as the average citizen.
1 - "Elected official" shall be any person holding a position that is based on the popular vote of their constituency. The term "elected official" also applies to any person holding a position that is based on the popular vote of elected officials mention earlier or any person holding a position that is appointed by elected official(s).
2- This law shall be in effect for all elected officials in all levels of government from federal down to the local municipality.
3- The following conditions will be considered as a violation of this law:
A- No elected official and their families shall have any law enforcement personnel assigned to them specifically. The law enforcement entities of this country shall not set up special entities that will respond to these elected officials earlier than their own established response time for the general public.
B- No elected official and their families shall have any military personnel assigned to them specifically. The military entities of this country shall not set up special entities that will respond to these elected officials earlier than their own established response time for the general public.
C- All government buildings will remove all security checkpoints and law enforcement and/or military personnel. All government buildings will have any armaments removed. All government buildings will be designated as a "gun free" zone so they should all be as well protected as the average citizen. Any elected official who is in control of a facility that violates this subsection shall be in violation of this subsection.
D- No elected official and their families shall use private entities for the use of protection at any time. They should call 911 for help like an average citizen.
E- No elected official and their families shall be issued a conceal carry permit unless they are in a jurisdiction that has no laws prohibiting or limiting the right to conceal carry for an average citizen.
F- No elected official and their families shall use any vehicle that is specifically manufactured for security and protection. All elected officials must travel via commercial transport. The president may use Air Force One and Marine One but they will be stripped of all armaments and will not have military escorts with armaments.
4- Any violation of section 3 shall result in the following:
A- First violation of section 3 will result in five year jail term. Each additional violation will result in an additional two years for each violation.
B- The immediate removal from the position that qualified the person to be an elected official in section 1.
C- The immediate removal of all benefits earned from the position that qualified the person to be an elected official in section 1.
D- All jail terms for violations of section 3 are to be served at a maximum security federal penitentiary in the general population. There is no parole for the jail term.
5- Like all gun control policy out there, there will be a "zero tolerance" policy in effect. Any member of law enforcement who fails to report any violation of this law will be terminated from employment and be charged with negligent duty. Any member of the prosecution staff of any government level who refuses to prosecute an elected official for violation of this law shall be terminated from employment and be charged with violation of this law.
6- This law will go into effect on the thirtieth day after it's passing by the legislative branch and signature of the executive branch.
