that would be wrong. there are a few brands that come apart, such as the Tactical Innovations mags, http://www.tacticalinc.com/ti25-mach...022-p-212.html . But just because the original was glued together if you were to damage the mag body, why wouldn't you be able to use a bolt-together mag body to repair it?
