Providing you are:
A) Heeding load data (as mentioned above)
B) Not egregiously exceeding SAAMI recommendations, etc
Firing said loads out of a well maintained and "healthy" Glock you are fine.
FWIW the whole specter of Glock "kaboom" is real, although rare. Moreover, to my knowledge it has always been serious TOOLS (as mentioned by previous poster) who blow up Glocks.
My G22 in 40 got fed approximately 400-500 hand loads, using red dot and Winchester projectiles. No problem, not one. I had no greater joy than improving my marksmanship & enjoying those "lighter" loads. Never performed a chrono, just shot them... ALOT !!!
