I had a small part break on my 650. I've been trying to get in touch with them since friday! I get busy signals on both 800 lines. When I do get the automated answer, it tells me to wait for the next available salesman. I give up after waiting for 30 mins. each time. Getting alittle frustrated.
The part that broke was my fault and I did buy the extra pieces kit, which I recommend everyone should have. I am still on line with the machine, but I would like to get that part as a back up in the mail from Dillon. Their no bs guarantee works great. Trust me, I've broken some things on my 650....All my fault too.
They just send me the part in question. I like it. Now, if I could only get someone from Dillon to answer my damn call!!
