IMHO, yes, the RSOs are friendly and eager to help out a new comer at their range. It's a comfortable environment to go shooting if you don't mind the drive to Dulzura. Check out a vacant spot and then sign-in with your bench number, pay the RSOs for a day's worth and then grab a complimentary first target board beside the RSO's shack and enjoy.
