I understand it's a special time, I should be more patient. But this is
about an order in August.
To be short, I ordered a upper with Hammer-forged barrel
back in August
2012. But I got a different item. I have it shipped back as instructed.
But I never got any update or response. I was trying to make a phone
call, nobody answer. I followed up with couple of emails, no response.
But my other email with tech question about another barrel I purchased got
answered quickly. This is very frustrating.
I emailed Jason, no response at all. And the phone got rejected automatically when I call. Can anybody give me some idea what is going on over there?
