Yes, you can have a firearm shipped to a FFL near you.

The price varies by FFL. From what I have heard, from $10 to $200 (or perhaps more).

Once the firearm arrives, you can go to the FFL and start the paperwork, pay the fees, wait 10 days, come back, finish the paperwork and pickup the firearm.

It can not be done as a PPT since the seller is not going to the same FFL. I have heard that some FFLs will still do it as a PPT, but that does not make it legal.
