Freedom Munitions Blaster Ammo

Has anyone found this ammunition to be inaccurate? Granted, these are their factory rejects, but they claim that it is only cosmetic and is manufactured to the same standards as their regular line.

I shot 100 rounds (9mm, 115 grain) of this through my gun last night, and noticed my groups opened up significantly at 7-15 yards. I thought it was either myself or my gun, but then I decided to buy a box of ammo at the range to test it out, and found the range ammo (Sellier & Bellot, 115 grain) to be way more consistent and accurate. In fact, from my experiences, Brown Bear is more accurate than Freedom Munitions Blaster.

I also noticed sparks flying out of the chamber indicator when shooting the Freedom Munitions stuff, something that doesn't happen with other brands I've shot.

That's weird, I would stray away from the blaster stuff. To the best of my recollection it's only a couple dollars cheaper than the normal stuff.

Just get their reloads, It's literally the same price as their blaster ammo
I've shot their 62 grain .223 AP penetrator reloads and it was very smooth

What's also weird is that they look cosmetically fine, no major nicks on the casings and bullets. I wonder if the propellent they use for the Blaster line is different? I did notice some metal shavings in the chamber area and on the breachface.

I just shot 100 more rounds since my first post. It seems okay (in regards to feeding and accuracy) with the exception of 2 rounds that failed to discharge. Since I ordered a 1/2 case of the stuff, I will report back if I experienced any more problems.

Shot more than 2k rounds of their 223 blaster stuff. good for plinking. I wouldn't use them for anything concerning accuracy. They are not rejects, they just don't tumble the cases to remove powder marks and stuff. They probably just rinse the cases and reload them. The blaster stuff shoot just like their normal "better" reloads.
