Thank you sir.

five.five-six 08-20-2012 7:58 PM

I gota talk to the boss but I really want to do it

SoCal Gunner 08-20-2012 9:15 PM

I'm not volunteering for booth time just yet. But what I am doing is requesting you guys bring some XL shirts! First Rahaugees, then the show in Costa Mesa, and I can't get anyone to take my money (in exchange for some shirts)! If you don't plan on bringing any, let me know and I'll get to work to try to fill out one of the XXXLs.

Good seeing you guys at the shows.

five.five-six 08-21-2012 3:27 PM

Wifey said I could go, so I will throw my hat in the ring as "booth troll"

1 ] Do you have a CalGuns BLUE Polo ? NO
2 ] If not ,what SIZE do you wear ? {Male or Female cut ?} L/XL M
3 ] Which DAY and SHIFT do you prefer ? 1-5 either

BlueDog333 08-22-2012 5:33 PM

Please bring the right size blue polos next time.

I'm in! Costa Mesa was a lot of fun and I can't wait to help out again.

I think I'm still a Noob at this, but you can put me down for Veteran if needed.

1] Still no blue polo.

2] I wear size Large. They sent us the wrong sizes for Costa Mesa so I temporarily wore one that was way to big for me and gave it back at the end of the day. I can send money to who ever collects it ahead of time if possible, just please get a Large for me.

3] Saturday morning please.

I second the shirts idea. I would pay ahead of time to have the right size blue polo. I also loved the look of Xaviers embroidered shirt with his CalGuns screan name. I would pay extra on top of the $20 cost for an embroidered shirt with my screan name but not having it is no big deal. I can easily find a dry cleaners somewear and have that done if I want but I would be willing to donate a little extra cash say $5 to $8 to CalGuns and prefer to have the money go to fighting for our 2A rights.

69Mach1 08-22-2012 6:15 PM

Costa Mesa was fun. Thanks mrlonewolf for letting me fill in.

The Blue polos are only available at the start of your shift at the booth.

I'm sorry the wrong sizes were sent . They were posted correctly on the thread.

Embroidery is done by you, as that is the best way to insure your satisfaction.

The 'sand' polos are for the general public and can be ordered from : gunsr4.us
.
The blue polos are chick magnets . Just look at this attachment .

Did we not have the right size polo for you at Raahauges? I have a few extra "Volunteer" Polo's. I can get one to you or swing by the Ontario show.

five.five-six 08-22-2012 9:12 PM

I'm a booth n00b

Eat Dirt 08-26-2012 12:47 PM

Just wanted to " Bump" this up

This will be a Great event for the Inland Empire / Having a CalGuns booth at the Ontario Show

I would like to Fill 2 gun display racks for this event !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SoCal Gunner 08-26-2012 1:32 PM

I can bring some stuff to fill the rack for the day that I hit the show. Let me know once we get a little closer and if you want something like a Sig 556 or something more exotic like a PS90 or FS2000.

Honestly, ask the poor booth guys at the Raahauges or the Costa Mesa show that I stopped and asked early and late, and on different days. Each time there was a pile of XXXL shirts and Small shirts... maybe a couple random Mediums.

Anyway, for the sake of bringing in some cash, the CalGuns booth should stock some XL shirts (I believe its the most common Men's size in the US).

bob7122 08-26-2012 1:56 PM

i would like to volunteer.

1 ] Do you have a CalGuns BLUE Polo ? yes i do have a blue shirt.

3 ] Which DAY and SHIFT do you prefer ? saturday all day please.

It is an 8 ft. table, so you will only have room for one rack plus a pile of CGN swag.

Just rotate the guns every 2 hours like we have always done.

You are in for Sunday. Eat Dirt always wears pants at the start of a shift.

If you drop a $10.00 bill .....................leave it. ;)

We still need a few more to man the Cal-Gun table at this event.

This show is growing in popularity.................

Last one I went to there was packed

And the place is Air Conditioned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

five.five-six 08-31-2012 10:31 AM

do we pay admission?

mrlonewolf 08-31-2012 10:53 AM

Nope.

Calguns pays for all volunteers admissions....:D

five.five-six 08-31-2012 11:06 AM

If it saves CGF money. I will pay my way

bplvr 08-31-2012 11:08 AM

Actually it would save CGN $$$ . Remember you will have the cost of your Blue polo too.
If you are there on Saturday, you can get your hand stamped to come back on Sunday also.

OK, so if I understand, there are no admissions included with the booth? in that case I will pay my admission.
