Sent an email because my flip to the side magnifier mount lost the cross pin.
I was just looking for the pin size or maybe just a new pin.
Well Jason just sent me a complete mount.

Yep, they've got great service. Right now they're sending me a new flip-to-side mount after I broke the first one. Totally operator error, my fault completely. Marshall took time to explain exactly what I did wrong and how to avoid it. I offered to pay for the repairs, and he wouldn't let me.
I love these guys.
