No. It's a No. 4 Mk. 2 from 1955.

Nice! The only reason I ask is that I have 2 that look like yours that are also Unfired/Unused.
A 303 and a 22 trainer dated 1943.
I took the 22 apart today. 0000 steel wooled and refinished it with Tru-Oil.
The stocks had no finish on them and were looking rough and dry after being in the safe for 15yrs. After all these years, there still unfired. ;)
I"ll post up a before and after picture when I get it back together. -g

And some of those new #1's were shipped in as complete rifles.
