Customer Service Issues
I handle all of the customer service complaints for Turners. I know that we cannot be everything for everyone, but as long as we get feedback we will do everything we can to get better from it.
The way we do this is by taking all of the feedback and using it as a training tool for employees. Sometimes only one store needs a reminder, and sometimes it goes for the whole chain.
