I'll get some if it's from a commercial reloader.

Which Way Out 03-02-2011 10:50 AM

How's that work. Do you have a special license to sell ammo/reloads.
Just wondering/educating myself in the ways of the hobby

Hey guys apologize for late replies on the thread.
Thankyou much for the feedback also I do have a license and unfortunately I do not have 38 s&w.

I like the group buy idea. :)

Had my sister pick up 500 for me. Looks great, cant wait to go shootin!!

Dark Mod 03-03-2011 3:30 PM

Want to come out this weekend, Any takers on the group buy from OC?

Etihtsarom 03-03-2011 5:33 PM

Not sure, still debating on the 9mm. It's reloads, and I've just been told not to trust any individual's reloads (as opposed to companies that sell reloads).

Dark Mod 03-03-2011 7:32 PM

theres a few people here that have vouched for his ammo. It couldnt possibly be any worse than the stuff you buy at the range for $15 a bag. Anyway, let me know, im down to my last 500 rounds of brown bear

These are the same reloads that many ranges buy. They have a manufacturing plant and supply many of the ranges all over CA. Good to go.

Im sure they are fine, its the same stuff you shoot when you buy range ammo. Either way im probably heading up there tomorrow, let me know if anyone from oc wants to throw in.

This is a 1 hour drive for me each way in a car that gets 8 mpg or so, im not crazy about going by myself just to get cheap ammo.

I want to try the ammo out, I'm in for 500rds. Who else? We might want to come up with total ammo for the group buy and get a better pricing for bulk.

762.DEFENSE 03-04-2011 2:20 PM

I'm in the OC, Id be down for a group buy of 9mm. Id be down for 1000-2000 rounds depending.

Darklyte27 03-04-2011 2:49 PM

please answer the questions,

is this reloads? new once fired? etc

Etihtsarom 03-04-2011 6:29 PM

It is factory reload. I'm probably down for 1000 rounds. Group buy or not, I doubt we'll get a better price than is listed.

Whoever is able to go, please PM me and we can work out the details. Thanks.\

Oh right, is there tax?

Dark Mod 03-05-2011 5:43 AM

I will be leaving around 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. today for the group buy. Please confirm your order via text message (714-944-2194) i can either take your cash with me, or buy it myself and have you reimburse me, whatever is more convenient. Ill try and haggle for a better deal once i get there, and i figure $10 each is a fair price for my time and gas (65 miles / 8mpg x $4.00 per gallon / 3 people)

Once again, please confirm with a text message or phone call, i will be taking orders pretty much until i leave the ammo shop. I figure this group buy for about 5000 as it stands

Etihtsarom 03-05-2011 7:36 AM

I'm in. I'll be leaving for work in a bout 20 minutes. I won't be able to check this thread or phone calls today. I will text you right now.
1000 rds 9mm, + the gas.
Mike.

1Fastrider 03-05-2011 9:51 AM

I got some .45 and 9mm a few months back. good stuff, no problems at all.

HKMadness 03-06-2011 11:19 AM

Shot 100 of 500 i picked up in .45 acp, no problems at all. Thanks serge. I will be picking up more from u in the near future.

I'll just keep my factory ammo for home defense, and shoot reloads for practice / shtf inventory

0kaz 03-06-2011 5:13 PM

Bought 5000 rounds ( 9mm ) today. Great stuff. Comes in bags of 50 for easy accounting. Went through 350 rounds already. Flawless. Will definitely buy again.

emil77 03-06-2011 6:26 PM

I am interested in the .45 ACP, do you always have this deal or we need to pre order? Also, any .223/5.56 ammo?

KIDRR 03-06-2011 10:06 PM

Posting so I can find this later

P.S. You need some 556 offering :D

ab-man 03-06-2011 10:29 PM

Do you offer any different gain for these ammo? Like 40 s&w 165g or 9mm 124g?

Rock6.3 03-07-2011 7:05 AM

I am beginning to suspect that Bulletman does not read this thread, he just bumps it now and then. Thus he does not realize that we are asking him for infomation.
