Still want to pick up the P7M8 last of 500, P7M8 Jubilee, P7M10 blued, and P7K3. Once I have those 4 I'll probably start collecting different date coded P7PSPs. Let's see yours!

P7PSP - single stack 9mm (8 round)
P7M8 - single stack 9mm (8 round)
P7M13 - double stack 9mm (13 round)
P7M10 - double stack .40 S&W

Factory nickel are as rare as hen's teeth that's why I bought them when they became available.

kduly 03-22-2010 9:25 AM

VERY NICE...

supersteve9219 03-22-2010 2:03 PM

My grandmother left me her HK P7, I still haven't had a chance to take it out yet. I doubt the thing has more than 50 rounds through it.

beemaze 03-23-2010 2:14 PM

Very sweet. I've a black M8 and M13 purchased back in the 20th Century and I'd never let go of these. Keep those in the family!

omtay606 03-23-2010 4:40 PM

This is gonna sound lame but they're all mint unfired except for the PSP and the blued P7M8. So I'll have to say the P7M8 since that's the only one I've shot aside from the PSP.

Omil 03-23-2010 6:34 PM

Great collection!

CalGuns 03-24-2010 8:36 PM

wow, never seen so much p7s.

bombadillo 03-24-2010 8:44 PM

Never handled or fired one. One thing i've always wondered but never asked is does that grip collapse in when you hold it or does it protrude like that all the time for the front strap?? I have NEVER seen one in person around our area nor anybody shoot one so I've never had the chance.

supersteve9219 03-24-2010 9:16 PM

If I remember correctly it collapses till it is flush with the grip.

KillZone45 03-24-2010 10:38 PM

What are those worth?

The "handle" is technically the safety. You squeeze the handle and it will only fire while depressed. In order to repeatedly fire, the handle must remain depressed. Yes, it sits pretty much flush.

If you ever decide to shoot one of your M13's, you may feel that it shoots differently than the M8. It's weird because one would think it being heavier, it would be more comfortable to shoot. By virtue of the grip radius, the M13 actually recoils more right into the web and thumb of my shooting hand compared to the M8. Thus, the M8 is not painful to shoot, but the M13 can be for me! I'm not the 1st person that's noticed this, but it is what it is for small/medium hands like mine.

Teeznutz 04-11-2010 10:55 AM

Nice collection...Need at least 1

C_1 04-12-2010 8:53 AM

Sweet P7 collection. Where's the K3 with all of the caliber conversions? :)

Still on my list. P7K3, P7M8 jubilee, P7M8 last of 500, and blued P7M10.

beemaze 04-12-2010 3:41 PM

I think you need a VP70Z on your list too

There are quite a few actually. VP70Z, P9S 9mm Target, P9S .45 Target and Combat, P7K3, blued P7M10, P7M8 Jubilee, USP .45 Match, USP .45 Combat Competition. Also want to work on my USP .45s. I'd like the compact, fullsize and compact stainless, 3 color framed USP .45s, USP .45 50th Anniversary, and then there's the super rare (in the US) German variant P8 and P10 which are actually USP 9mm fullsize and compacts under a different name and with spurred hammers as opposed to bobbed hammers.

I've had opportunities to purchase almost everything mentioned above in the past but for one reason or another I've passed. Normally because the prices are inflated, sometimes they don't have the original box and manuals, sometimes they're in poor condition, etc.

Same here. Sometimes I passed simply because of poor timing -- for instance I passed on a USP Compact Anniversary for $800 at the time, but I wanted a Remington rifle instead.

esskay 04-14-2010 9:18 PM

Wow, awesome P7 collection!!!

equinox 04-16-2010 3:34 PM

Impressive. As much as HK purportedly hates civilians, I have no doubt they love you.
