Aesthetically pleasing to the eyes website, based in California, and reasonable/quick shipping. Ordered on Monday and got my magazines today. Two C Product 10 rounders and 1 Magpull Pmag 10/20. All three work flawlessly when I used them tonight at the range. Keep up the good work!

Great customer service for certain. I placed a order last week which i got today. Come to find out I ordered the wrong parts. My mistake completely. I thought i was ordering Magpul Ranger floor-plates for Pmags but instead ordered them for the USGI 30 round mags. Called up spoke to Ryan who said send them on back and we will swap them out for the Correct ones. Told me there may be a small price difference between the two and that i would either get a refund or they would just apply it to ship the replacement parts which was fine by me since i made the mistake. Was no hassle at all .

I'm stepping in right here just to say you guys are the best, I wish all others I've dealt with were just as good, after modifying my order a couple of times I was still treated great and received my parts very quick. I will continue to shop @ riflegear.

Seeing the crazy prices for LPKs flying around lately, I decided to see if I could put my own together from parts, and save some money. So I sent in an order to Riflegear for 2 (or 4) of every individual piece of the LPK they had on hand (except for the things I wouldn't be using anyway, like the pistol grip and trigger guard).

Got everything, aside from a few springs and detents they were out of, for under $150 (so about $75 per LPK).

So I wanted to say I really appreciate you guys picking through the bins for all 44 parts.

Thanks and I'm sure you'll hear from me again in the not too far future.

Tell him he did a great job, everything was there and in great condition. I did feel a bit bad after I sent in the order and realized this wasn't going to be quite like throwing a bag in a box...:thumbsup:

I'll second all the above positive feedback. Ultrafast service on in-stock orders, plus low shipping costs to So. Cal. customers makes up for paying sales tax. Riflegear is at the top of my short list of go-to vendors.

Wanted to chime in an give praise to riflegear. I first went into the store well before they had so many gorgeous guns on the wall for an extended takedown pin and 10rd mag.

Every time I have walked into the store I have received noting but first rate service and treatment, from buying an upper before Christmas to having them do the transfer from peachstateguns on my WASR-10.

In my 10+ years of shopping for guns in many SoCal store you guys are by far the best experience Ive had the pleasure of having.

i just left their store and im very impressed with the staff. they know their stuff and dont seem bothered by all my questions like a lot of other shops. their prices are also lower than mosy of my local gun shops. well worth the 60 mile drive. i will definatly be back.

Great service!! I just wanted to thank the staff at riflegear for helping me out. I bought a stripped upper receiver from them this past weekend, and by the time I got it home I realized I shouldn't have bought the one with m4 feed ramps. I brought it back and returned it no problem. Great service and friendly staff will have me saving up for that LWRC pistol on the wall!!

The thread's already sticky, but I'll give it a bump anyway.

I ordered a bunch of parts about a month ago (the barrel I wanted was on backorder). I was really anxious to complete my build, so I called a couple of times throughout the month, and the people on the other end of the phone were always ready and willing to help.

This past week, I had run out of patience. I contacted Riflegear through the Calguns website, and the employee went out of his way to look up my order and follow up with me. My order ended up coming in on Friday, and another of the employees took the time to call me and let me know that it had finally come in.

They held it for me, and now I'm putting the whole thing together. It's not good enough that the prices are outstanding, the customer service is great. I can't wait to give these guys more of my money! :)

The title to this thread says it all.

Been here to buy parts multiple times and even a few times online shipped to me. Service has always been great. But today I felt they went up and beyond all my expectations.

I came in to do a ppt and the seller had 3 guns to transfer. When we walked in the store when it was really busy. We were greeted nicely and was able to get help immediately since they seemed to have every available person up front to help customers. The employees all seemed to be working quickly and efficiently. What was surprising was there was no attitude at all from the guy behind the counter when the seller informed him, that he needed multiple ppt done. I would have understand if he did have an slight attitude since it was super busy, but were were greeted politely. Not only that, they finished my ppt within 15min from when I walked into the door.

Another real plus about the place is while we were in there, there was a lady that came to pick up a purse she had lost. Apparently one of the employees there found it in a shopping cart while they were at the market and was able to contact the owner.

A+ Store you guys are a class act.

My girlfriend loved the store also. She kept going about the cute baby and the dogs after we left. She usually feels intimidated inside a gun store, but not today.

If i did a dros from a ppt for a pistol would I be able to add a lower on to the dros when I pick up? Or does this only work with rifles?

Unfortunately, we can't make it happen on a PPT DROS. If it were a dealer sale pistol DROS we probably could.

Placed my order, Great site and even though I haven't received my order since it was just placed, I'm sure I'll be happy. Only thing I wished, was that you all had the Stark Equipment pistol grip. The only thing I ordered from another from another company after I found your site. Other than that, so far I'm a happy customer.

I know some people read this thread and say how can a company be this great. Don't be fooled, they are better than great. Just placed a second order with them, and one item is out of stock, so since I have a buddy going down there, they are going to allow him to pick it up for me and just ship me the last item when they receive it. I know they feel like they are just doing their job, but I feel like they have gone above and beyond, not only for me, but many others as well. Wish you guys the best, and prosperity in the time to come, because what goes around comes around.
