Does anyone use to verify Mil records for discount?
I'm always leery of any site that ask for personal information, especially military records. There are some websites I shop at that will ask for military ID for additional discounts but this one is pointing at I want to know of any of our people has signed up for it. BBB had nothing on them because they aren't affiliated (not everyone is BBB certified).

Cabela's asked to if I was a veteran...all it asked for was branch, what years, name....nothing to sensitive...

I've been contacted before by underarmour after a purchase. I ended up veryfing my account through my email, so I was stopped being asked for an ID after that.

Just used to verify my military status for free Sea World tix. Seems legit.

I used it last year for my seaworld tickets, they didn't ask anything too personal. Name, branch, and a date within the time you served.

Some sites use either or SheerID for military verification. is pretty legit. You could even sign into the site with your DS logon account if you have one.

I know this is an old post. I have used ID.ME for UA and SheerID for Oakley’s Standard Issue(Oakley’s webstore for Vets,Military, etc).
