AR15 Rear Sight
 

Other than the Matech, what are my options for a BUIS rear sight that has elevation adjustment? I'm running a flattop with an Eotech EXPS 3.0 and GGG pop ups now. I want to get more proficient with the irons and the front is a bit of a pain to adjust.

I think I'd just use a cut down carry handle sight. Put it on when you want to use it take it off otherwise. I've not played with a BUIS that I liked.

The rear sights that operate like the fixed A2 are what you need.

Cut down carry handle, LMT, Daniel Defense?

Hadn't even thought about that, thanks guys. I assume there are available on the market which I can use with my existing front sight?

You can find USMC marked Knights 600 Meter flip up sights on Ebay for about $40. There is some debate about the legitimacy of these sights, as KAC never officially released them for public sale. The Marines evidently ordered a huge amount of them though, and quite a few have found their way to the civilian market.
