Q: Weaver 30mm Tactical 6-Hole Picatinny

My Savage 110 FCP 338LM will be arriving soon. It comes with a 1 piece Picatinny rail, and I need to get some rings for it. I'm looking for something that will withstand the recoil at a modest price.

I found these rings on midwayusa.com for under $50. What do you guys think?

I have these rings on my 10FP in .308, they hold my Zeiss Conquest solidly.

Weaver tacticals are a nice solid set. Made here in the US too!

Absolutely love mine. They hold my Mueller APT to my Bushmaster 20" Predator upper as well as they hold Nobama4us's Zeiss Conquest! Lol

Give the rings the best chance to do their jobs - use a torque screwdriver.

thanks guys, esp Opticplanet. BTW, the Opticplant website may need some work. The product page for the Weaver and DNZ rings that I was looking at did not provide the measurements of the rings' height. I had to google and check midwayusa.com for the info regarding fitment.

thanks again for the feedback.

I have these rings on my .308 and one of my ARs. They are very well made and reasonably priced.

I know : / We actually just went thru a huge change to improve the website and are still adding some new features and updating descriptions. Trying t make it easier to use and give the most amount of information. We'll keep trying to correct the little things as we see them and hear about them.
