Anytime buddy. Your Yugo reweld turned out great and very accurate.

corrupt 04-16-2010 10:01 PM

Lean back and strut! Haha.

Don't be afraid of the fireball... lean in to it!

Just giving you crap. Nice AK torch.

corrupt 04-16-2010 10:03 PM

That first photo is pretty amazing. Very weird plateau fireball that seems to be lighting up the area behind it. That's gotta have something to do with the camera.

Hahaha non taken. The 1st pic was from a Yugo ammo while the 2nd pic with huge mushroom fireball was from a magnetic Wolf ammo.

I always knew that yellow smiley face was an armed maniac j/k. Really cool pictures, especially the first one.

You just need to find a Krink kit, its out there but you may have to pay premium on the kit since its drying up. Here is how its started its life.

The rifling is visible which is bad (do not defeat the word filters or you will not be able to post)

Thanks! That was taken at my super-secret BLM shooting spot! That particular Draco I bought from Glock Holiday when I detected the GB going South... Then when I finally tracked down my Draco from the GB (long story) I just traded it for a Springfield Loaded 1911. Draco's are fun, but I didn't need two of 'em! :D

I have to catch the flame from my Drake & the Lancaster. Maybe you want to share that secret BLM spot so we can shoot the perfect fireball LOL.

I don't remember if I was using it for this shoot, but I might have been using my fixed 50mm that goes down to 1.4 - that thing takes some amazing low-light shots! ...but more importantly is just using the "auto-shoot" function - hold down the button and take a series of 40 or so shots while my friend goes to town on the trigger - one of them is bound to turn out!

Bump for more fireball pics

paul0660 04-22-2010 9:21 AM

My avatar is a screenshot from a small Canon camera vid.

Mosin m38 btw.

nrakid88 04-22-2010 9:24 AM

Wow, this is so cool I am betting it is photoshopped. Seeing a spiral rifling pattern in the fire is insane.

Settings: Luck? i've tried many times with my mosin, can't get a good capture, yet

chiseenchinaman 04-23-2010 10:23 AM

a fast burst mode will get the job done.

veterosa 04-23-2010 10:26 AM

You may have to try night shots as the flame are more prominent @ night. The pics that I've taken on my Krink are from my Iphone only with no extra bells & whisles as a regular camera. PM me for night shot location. Vet

Why are some folks in the pictures shooting assault rifles like you'd shoot a blackpowder musket?

If its anyone on here, I'm not being a prick, but whoever they are should take this advice:

1. Square up your feet shoulder-width apart
2. Stand front-facing target
3. Bend at knees
4. Bend lower back, lean forward into weapon... take an aggressive stance.

If you're gonna carry assault weapons, shoot tactically... its more accurate and controllable, especially under rapid fire. Plus, it allows you to move easier.

Shiat, you ain't huntin' deer in the early 1900 Ozark mountains!

BTW: Nice fireballs.

I don't own assault weapons... that would put me in jail...;)

It's tough getting fireballs in the bright daylight, but here's one I captured of Kevin (HK996)
