Ahhh , a blank sheet ........ a new beginning
The supreme question on my mind, what to enter in my first blog
I bought the other half a 10/22 for her and as part of the deal the dealer / gun range hands out ( with a reminder from me) a coupon for 1 hr of range time good weekdays until the end of the year. Figured I had some time yesterday and the coupon was only good thru Friday so off I went.
Arrived a little after 11AM and it wasn't too crowded. I spend about 45 - 50 min and got off about 200 rnd thru my semi-new 22/45. Now the interesting part ........ I walk back in to the main part of the range and there are more people there than i have ever seen in the place. Maybe 20+ people crowded around the range counter and maybe 3 -4 at the gun counter. The staff was just overwhelmed. The crowd was interesting to watch and LOTS of families.One older gentleman was from Europe where some members of the family where taking him shooting. From the sounds it has been a looooooooong time since he had been shooting.
