I have an extra 14.5" barrel with permanently attached comp laying around so I decided to build another rifle around it. The barrel has a low profile gas block and standard barrel nut. I'm looking for a rail that is relatively inexpensive that mounts to a standard barrel nut. Any suggestions would be helpful

Fortis rev, it's free floated and has key mods on the side

Looks like Samson Evolution uses std barrel nut. Thermal bushings go over the nut and the rail slips over it. Tightened down with screws. Rails sections that you can put at a number of different angles. Ive seen the 9" at Midway for $129. MSRP $155. This is the regular and not the extended

DD omega is a good choice. Idk what inexpensive means to you.

If that's too much, look at Midwest and Troy industries. Both pretty affordable. Not sure of their rail options and specs tho.

Centurion Arms has some models that will work, though they may be a little more than you are looking to pay.
