Sorry for the stupid question. The search button is working for me right now and I can't seem to find the exact PC for the age for certain types of firearms.

Its 21 years old to purchase or transfer a pistol right?

What about building a pistol?

I'm 20 and I want to build a krinkov pistol. Can I register it and own it being 20? I'm pretty sure I can but I just want unofficial legal advice.

Also anyone know any good sites for demilled yugo krink kits?

21 to buy a handgun, 18 to own one, whether home built or transferred from parent.

Welcome to the Forum!

HSC is the Handgun Safety Certificate you earn when you pass two short CA DOJ proficiency tests. You can take the test at any gun store....
