Prvi Partizan .223/5.56x45 62grn FMJ or Federal XM193 55grn??

I can get the Prvi Partizan for $369 per 1k shipped or get Fed EX193 for $399.00 shipped..

Which is a better deal?

There's also the 75gr Privi that's about the same price as the XM193.

If it's a $30 difference per 1000 that's $0.03 per shot, I'd probably go with the XM193.

I think a number of sellers online have Privi 62gr for $350 shipped though.

XM193, I read that the Prvi Partizan is down on power compared.

What the other guys said, Federal XM193.

I've used that Prvi without issue, but others have seen primers coming loose and other events that would cause me to doubt it.

I would rather spend a little more for the Federal. Save your brass and sell it if you want to make that $30 back.

1000 XM193 cases can be sold for $30?

XM193..... No question about it, if it is only a 30 bucks difference.

Definitely the XM193.

I've seen problems with extraction with the Prvi. Granted, these firearms were still breaking in, but the Federal XM193 had no issues. Go with XM193.

having seen people shooting Prvi. I have noticed that the primer sealant comes off, the red stuff. it seems to accumulate on the bolt face and in the firing pin, like someone shaved crayon onto the bolt face. It looks like after time it could build up and cause malfunctions, has anyone else noticed this? could this cause a problem?

I noticed it on my lower but the bolt face seems ok.

Dude, for the small difference, get the XM193!

XM193 is $180/500, that's a steal at the prices out right now.

One other thing... M193 tends to be more accurate than M855 as the steel core is tougher to make as consistent as the M193 round.

That is also what Bill Wiese says, I found they shoot about the same out of my 16" Armalite 1 x 9 twist.

Btw, the Prvi Partizan 62 is not a steel core.
