I'd like to do something nice for my uncle. Last time I was visiting him back in VA, he told me how cool he thought it would be to have one of those little 22lr Gatlin guns. Well, I got to thinking that next time I'm back there, I'd like to buy one for him as I don't think he'd ever shell out for one himself. Is there a way I could legally do this? I'd probably have to surprise him with it (i.e., buy it without his knowledge) as he'd likely never let me buy it for him. Can I do this?

Umm.. sure, buy two 10/22's and have the gatling kit sent to him.

If you're buying it in VA then you should check the local state laws there
