AB 334 is the bill that would make you a criminal for not reporting a stolen gun on time. They should make it a crime to write stupid bills.

It looks like AB 362 adds more unneeded regulation to ammo sales, as well as adds a permit system if we want to purchase ammo. More BS from elitists that are insulated from the common people and want us to live as the peasant class.

these bills do need to be watched, but we need to stay focused on the bills that are moving.

AB 334 is on the "inactive " file. If it were to be brought up, it would likely be later in the year, if Irwin thinks he can get a signature.

AB 362 is a "study bill" now and is by the same author as AB 2062 and the introduced versions are essentially identical in violation of Joint Rules 54
