Ever notice how most of the time; we only talk about the bad news... :) So last year we saw; the plan where the Boston Police would start searching for guns without a warrant.

I guess they still don't realize that the PD can search anywhere in the house that a firearm can be found, and that the smallest firearm is about the size of a deck of cards. This essentially gives the cops free reign to toss the entire house, and if anything contraband is found, they can detain, arrest, and prosecute anyone in the house.

Not sure what the big deal is. It's not unconstitutional to do what they're doing. It's lame as hell because they should be barking up other trees like putting their presense in neighborhoods with the heaviest crime going on.
