July is best - June 15, 2008 is Father's Day which would make that a possible no go for alot of us.

Hmmm...being selfish July is probably a no go for me.

Nor Cal is in August so all range days will be spent testing and stuff.

I'm fairly indifferent. Whatever is more convenient for you and your crew.

July seems popular though so I'll vote for that. That way all the matches I anticipate on going to are not too far apart and each match will just be more training for the next.

As long as it is not late July or into Aug.... I'll be there one way or the other....

june or july sounds good. i'll be leaving to hawaii again at the end of summer, so as long as it's june or july i'll be good to go.

sorry for the mix up, even though the second Sunday is my day to shoot, I am being over ruled.

Go to more meetings. ;)
I'm so glad I got voted off the board.

I am hoping to make it but with NorCal being 45 days out from Marks match and me taking a 4 day camp and wakeboarding trip in august my weekends are limited.

We'll see.

I know - we can't expose you country club guys to our ruralness more than once a year. ;)

LOL ruralness? LOL LOL Man you are talking So cal!!! Magic mountain is right down the street!

I had to set up Desert Frog in a hotel next to a Star Bucks so he could get up in the AM to shoot!

I think i can swing the match. Just have to move our test dates around a lil. I like to do a few dry runs before game day.

Shouldn't you have somebody that can actually complete the COF to do the dry runs? ;)

=) I complete the COFs just fine.

Dry runs from what I've seen of that range its pretty much "plug n play" LOL - you've got power, flush toilets, a reasonable flat range - - - I'm so jealous. Naw me thinks you mean practice runs LOL

And yes the Frog and I do require our 'bucks' for motivational purposes

Vu 308

LOL..negative on the practice.

0...let me repeat that 0 of my guys that will compete in the NorCal will be any where near our COF. Those guys get the same scoop every other competitor gets.

Can they gather dope and shoot the ranges? Sure. SO can you if you guys if you drive up and shoot our monthly. We plan to recon your range before Nor vs south.

I have ranges shut down to only match people when we do our test and what not. =)

Edited to add: I will put you and Frog by the starbucks again. LOL + a strip joint down the road about 2 miles.

Hey, StarBucks was good for me the first time I came to Sacremento though...managed to win that monthly match.

Only got one Starbucks in the morning during the big match the month after though so I could not concentrate on the second day - next time I'll bring all my equipment so me and Timberwolf can get our "concentration Fluid" during the day.

Pascal you are just a rude individual. Come up here and kick our asses on a long range course when you don't even have access to one, and you do it with a freakin' .308 using those little 168's when the wind is blowing! Don't you know those 168's can't fly all the way to 1,000 yards? How dare you. Rotten bastard. :D

It's the Starbucks!!! What can I say. I probably get 400FPS for each cup so that day, my rounds were probably going at 6000fps :)

Won't take much to recon the Wolf's Lair . . . LOL . . . a little patch of dirt, some sage, a creek bottom, some steep hills, a couple of blow downs . . . just make sure and bring your bug juice cause if it fly, crawls, or slithers . . . it also stings and bites

Thanks for all of your continued efforts to make this happen Mark. I know it's alot of headache and worry with lengthy hours involved. We recognize it, and appreciate it.

I hope you can find some R.O.'s!!

Pascal- If I want my bullets to fly faster I just pull the trigger alot harder. Works every time.
