After 40 years of bad legislation in regards to gun laws we are finally seeing some of it getting pushed back. The gun grabbers only serve themselves and not you and I in their quest to disarm the American public.

Good on you, Kansas. FINALLY there is a legislature SOMEWHERE that is listening to their constituents.

I like what I'm reading!

"The measure also would prevent cities and counties from enacting restrictions on the sale of firearms and ammunition, or imposing rules on how guns must be stored and transported. Existing ordinances would be void, and local governments could not use tax dollars for gun buy-back programs."

WV just passed a similiar law and the mayor of Charleston went crazy:

Similiar to KS, the vote passed unanimously in the Senate and overwhelmingly in the House.
Well done for KS. Next step, permitless carry.

Kansas is a great model for what can be accomplished when the pro-RKBA crowd all works together. This is a state that did not even start issuing carry licenses until 2007!! And last year Kansas went "universal recognition" of ALL other state permits + D.C.!

I love that mayor...'Don't tell me the facts, I've already made up my own and don't need more!' Paraphrasing of course. :smilielol5::smilielol5:

Wow, that mayor is a giant a-hole. Didn't get his way, or get the interviewer to agree with him, so he goes off on both if them. He needs to retire.

I applaud the senator who kept his cool and wouldn't get into an screaming match with the mayor. Made the crazy mayor look even worse.
