Anyone have any pics of a converted (e.g. 10 round) gsg-5 mag? I know atlantic firearms ships the rifles with the full-capacity magazines, and I'd like to show my FFL what needs to be done to fix them. Thanks.

I believe he means capacity. Magazine can only hold ten rounds in CA and they ship with thirties I believe.

They ship with a 27-round mag, CA FFL's mod them to 10 to work in our state. :hurray:

Right. IIRC, the factory ones are 22 rounds, but that is not the point. I'm curious how FFLs are handling the mag modification (rivets, bolts, dimples, etc), that is all.

Some FFLs will give you the dissassembled magazine so you can mod it yourself.

If you go that route, remember to measure twice before cutting & epoxing stuff and don't do it while drinking or else you'll end up like me, waiting on new magazines to come in. :(
