You are aware that it is difficult, expensive and time consuming to open up a shop? You must also have a store front to conduct your business from.

Dude, you need a bit of a reality check.

Know that getting an FFL is a real pain. It's not just the FFL, you gotta be zoned properly, get inspected, get DOJ permit, have biz license, etc. That takes time to jump thru the hoops. Can't do it outta your house (most likely) - so you're gonna need to pay rent or buy a building. And then there's insurance, power, phone bill, ads, etc.

There's no such thing as a half-assed gun dealer in CA anymore. In for a dime, in for a dollar - all or nothing. And you gotta be religious about administrivia like records/ bookkeeping - one misstep and your FFL is toast.

[Because of the success of Calguns and the OLL movement there's not that much profit in lowers anymore, either. Let's say you sell 100 lowers a month @ $50/lower profit. That's $5K a month at the top. You think that alone will cover your rent, your own salary, etc.?

Another reality check; there are dealers in San Diego who will DROS lowers. You have been wasting gas and time by driving to LA. Royal Loan, Unique Pawn Brokers, Precision Arms, will DROS them and Discount Gun Mart actually stocks and sells them now, and there are others.
