How about the non-lead ammunition coupon program described in AB 821?
There is no funding to implement the coupon program. The program will not be
implemented without funding.

Does this give us a leg to stand on to sue or nullify the enforceability of the law somehow?

Okay. I was hoping since they said initially there would be a program, and have now gone back on that statement that it somehow put us in a position to challenge the entire silly law.
