View Full Version : Tapco.Com Sucks - Placed an order for a rifle stock 4 days ago, but no response!

I don't really know where to post this but I ordered 2 items from Tapco.com because some people suggested me to ''cut out the middleman'' and order from them directly, well I took out my creditcard and placed an order, now 4 days later, I have not received any responses, I called their customer support but it's crap cause I can't get a hold of anyone, I have not been charged yet for the items but the ordered has been submitted, so if I go and buy the items somewhere else, I might get charged from Tapco aswel whenever they process the order, I emailed them, called them, left messages but no one is helping, their customer support is $%*T, Has anyone else here ordered anything from them?

I ordered a stock and grip from them last month and I received it in 3 days. Perhaps your order was not completed. Did you get a confirmation email?

if it makes you feel better, we are a TAPCO distributor and I've been patiently waiting for a long time to get my 922R parts. that 10round fixed mag is so elusive...

Yeah I did, But I expected them to process my order faster than that, maybe they don't process orders Fri-Sat-Sun?

a week is normally not out of line when dealing with a place like tapco. i ordered a stock and fcg from midway and it took about a week to get to me.

Well I'm not worried about how long the shipping will take, I just want them to charge me for the order and then notify me when they are shipping the items

dont expect any service over the weekend. I bought some moly resin last tuesday and only today did I get a confirmation e-mail saying it would ship tommorow....

I've always had good service with Tapco, with surprisingly fast shipping and very good response times for email enquiries.

Tapco's customer service is open Mon - Fri 9.00AM to 5.00PM Eastern time. Did you try to call them after 2.00PM our time?

With those prices, they better, I could of bought the stuff for allot less but I trust the manufacturer more

If you did try to call them on Friday after 2.00PM Pacific Time, their customer service dept. would have been closed since they are 3 hours ahead, Tapco are based in GA.

Ive order alot of things from websites and sometimes they will send an instant e mail confirmation or they send it when they ship it out, also maybe it could of been blocked by a spam blocker if you have one running. I think these companys should send one instantly so at least you know they have received the order but its up to them I guess. I have run into trouble before by ordering it again because of no e mail and then I get charged twice.
