just get a used one, with all those aftermarket parts, for sure only the receiver will remain intact.

Note: a "stainless steel" 10/22 will only have a SS barrel. The receiver is just painted silver.

Look it up.

Your best bet is to check gun shops around the Bay area frequently. Sometimes you will get nice used 10/22 at around $150 plus DROS.

If you are not in a hurry, buy some bare receivers and custom build your own 10/22. It's fun!!!

Good luck on searching a 10/22.
