Now available for $35 shipped - the final production, often imitated but never duplicated w/o a permaban, and still the most secure FAL BB on the market. Two contact points with the receiver, no possible access thru the BHO side, and narrow (0.2") rear access to the mag release = NO POSSIBLE WAY TO RELEASE THE MAG W/O USING A TOOL.

These BB are now parkerized and are secured with nylon lock nuts & stainless machine screws - no vibrating loose, no permanent mods, no way to drop the mag w/o using a tool. $35 shipped for one, 2nd or more are 33$ each. Paypal +4%, USPS MO, or local sale only.

I'm now offering mag release levers and springs for $20 w/ a BB for people who need to replace their set screw mag locks.

They are designed for use on metric receivers with standard mag releases and narrow or wide-foot bolt hold open levers. They are easily adapted for use on inch (use a metric mag release) or Izzy (clearance BB for ejector block pin head & use metric mag release) receivers.

Looks great... good work.

And I must agree, the shrouds are by far the most easily reversible and reliable bullet button style mag lock out there, for any platform.

I have seen the beta versions, and the "blueprints". Indeed, it does look like it takes quite some time and effort to produce one of these.

C'mon guys, enough with the "I'll take it's", there's not even a price! They will be for sale again to the general public in about a week to 10 days. I'd appreciate feedback from those who have them in hand before I cut this batch.

IMBEL or other metric receiver? No problem. Based on the receiver stubs that I've seen, true inch receivers need a narrower screw. I don't know if US made inch receivers (DSA, Entreprise) use a metric or inch width screw.

Has anyone install this on a DSA?

Of course many people have. The question is - DSA factory gun or DSA receiver kit build? If it's a factory gun you'll have to chisel/dremel/file out the weld they put in the ejector block behind the mag release.

Yes, it would be a factory DSA. How easy would it be to reverse the BB if i wanted to go with a MM grip down the line or if i move out of state?

Remove supplied nut/bolt, slide BB off. Put OEM screw back in. Drink beer.

Can you load a FAL "from the top" while using the FAL BB?

Does removal of the shroud temporarily convert the gun into a detachable mag with pistol grip problem, or is there something that I am missing with respect to its mechanism of action?

with a Fal BB even if you remove the mag the BB is attached to the weapon its self...still rendering it incapable of accepting a readily detachable mag.

So no..no issues there.

The "shroud" is not removed with the mag.

I have one on my rifle, and yes, you can top load with it on if you have the appropriate topcover.

You can separate the upper from the lower, similar to an AR before removing the BB.

You can also remove the pistol grip from the gun if you have no flash hider or other banned feature installed to make the gun compliant before removing the BB.

These BBs only work on FALs.

I'm not sure if anyone is selling Saiga12 bullet buttons. They are custom made by the FFLs that are doing the modifications to bring them into the state.

But free bump for a good product.
