To every body I have a friend who has a mini ranch 14 and he is thinking of bought selling to me, but I do not now how much these go for used. It has a small round count threw it. Its from the early to mid ninty's. Its stainless with a wood stock. It is in really nice shape. I would say 95 out of 100. He really takes good care of his guns. So what is the going price for these? Thanks For any help.

Checking Gunbroker is always my first stop. GOTTA keep in mind the price dont include shippping, DROS, etc...so factor that in.

But SS mini's in the $450 usually fly out the door...while those closer to $550 or above tend to sit a bit......

Just depends on how badly the guy wants to sell it and/or needs the money.

Dont forget mags...the more the merrier and can certainly slant a deal in one's favor. A SS with ONE mag for $550 is gonna sit, a SS with say...FIVE mags for $550 is a helluva a lot more tempting to anyone;)

I bought mine for around $600 in 2000, $300 to $400 sounds about right for the age

I wouldn't give more than $400. They can be had new for 550-650.

When I buy a used firearm I always go to www.gunbroker.com to see what they are worth. I don't want to buy something more than what its worth.

Gun Digest Book of Guns & Prices says a SS ranch rifle goes for $450 (very good) to $600 (excellent).

You have to factor in risk, and shipping & handling cost with gunbroker. A local pp sale could easily go higher.
