I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the thread. I have standard capacity mags for the G-19, G-21 (new style), and the SA XD-45. I'd like to sell them, but want to make sure I do it legally. I know they can be sold as "rebuild kits", but what does that entail? Is simply disassembling them sufficient, or do I have to sell them minus some parts (like the baseplates)? Thanks.

you can sell them as kits. Just disassemble them. No need to remove any parts.;)

However, think twice - maybe three times - before you sell normal capacity magazine kits that you can not re-acquire in California.

I would be very careful about the XD-45 mag unless by saying standard capacity you mean 10 rounds.

Why? Did it come out post-2000?
