Long story short - Long response times, no listed telephone number on website to contact. Miscommunications were big. When finally replied to, my questions were not answered. After going into third week of order I was told my items were out of stock after being told they would ship shortly. I asked to have my shipping expedited after 21 days of my order being placed so that I could have them by Christmas and was told I would have to pay for it even after everything I had to go through. Eventually after the packaged finally arrived I noticed it was actually sent 2 day usps like I had requested. Company seems disorganized and definitely need to have someone dedicated to answering customer contacts. I see on the forum I am not the only one with the customer service issue. Overall experience has been frustrating; they definitely lost this customer. Itís unfortunate because they have good prices on some things, but I will not be buying from again.
