Is it legal to store a lower in this configuration?
trigger only, no hammer or disconnecter?
Or should I take the pin out?

Most all ways of storing a lower are legal as long as the upper is not on it to form a complete firearm (and thus would need to be configured in a non-AW configuration.

An off-list lower itself is not (1) semiautomatic, (2) centerfire, or (3) a rifle. The trigger/hammer/pin configuration, in particular, is a nonissue.

Ehhh, takes more than that to be bad unless you have crap parts.

You just have an incomplete parts collection.

So, without an upper, I don't need a mag lock or MMG?

What would happen if the disconnector weren't there? You answered the legal part of it, but what would happen if somebody were to try to use an AR style rifle with a missing disconnector?

This is purely an academic question not trolling for illegalities ;)

I am sure that's not legal as a matter of fact please lock my thread.

Well, seeing how there is no hammer, I'm having troubles figuring out what would be illegal about the whole setup..

..but your wish is granted.
