Ontario Gun show and ammo?

So i have not been to a gun show since 2001 in cali. (it was bad) Spoiled by the Texas shows when I lived there. I was thinking of hitting the Ontario show but wanted to know if you can get good deals on ammo there? VS say online ordering from J&G sales or other online places. Cali taxes would cancel out the shipping i'm guessing so it has to be a good deal.

Also, can you take C&R rifles to the show to do person to person sales?
