A question for you experts out there. My father wants me to sell a few of his handguns. However, He no longer lives in the U.S. Can, I sell them for him? Will I be able to do the PPT without him there? When I do the PPT do I need to disclose that the firearms are under my father's name? Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Where does he live? He might be able to do an IFT to you, then sell them...?

We'll see what the real experts say.

This is a very strange corner of Federal Law. There was actually a case in Texas that hasn't gone very far as the reality of US Law is that a US citizen without US residency really can't buy, sell, or transfer firearms. If he takes up residency in California for a short time, he could interfamily transfer them to you so that you could later sell them, but short of that there may really be no way to get there from here.
