Anyone know where I can get a blade similar to a Gerber LHR?
It's discontinued, but it's such a great design; I've been looking around the other manufactuers and the closest thing I've seen is a Cold Steel OSS - which they won't ship to CA because it's double edged.

Personally I like the Gerber Trident. Not double edged but you can get it with double serrations,if you like serrations. Good luck in your search.

Geez I wish that legend would die.

Double-edged is not illegal in CA. Dirks and daggers are not illegal in CA, but it is illegal to carry one concealed on your person.

Google the Schrade SCHF3N. It's very similar in design to the Gerber, but weith micarta handle scales.

If you want one like this Gerber go with higher quality steel and brand the benchmade Nimravus they have it in drop point and tanto coyote brown or black.

Buck Nighthawk. Kind of similar. A tough & well built knife.

I'm aware of that, but the people who have LHRs to sell aren't.

Buck Nighthawk isn't only a similar style, it's a similar steel. Looks like that's the ticket.
Thanks guys.
