Hey you good people. I'm looking for a nice inexpensive .22lr rifle to buy as a gift for my Nephews.

Their ages are 14, 12 and 8. Their father and I will be taking them shooting and I would like to buy them a nice little rifle for Christmas. I don't have a bunch of money so no high end octagonal barreled pump actions.

Simple bolt action or semi would be nice.

Thanks for the help.

Jesse

BTW, I'm in Ontario and would drive to most of the IE, OC and LA areas.

The youth model Henry 22 lever action. Will cost $300 at (for instance) Bass Pro. Has shorter pull length and is very lightweight. Will handle 22 shorts well. Bass Pro has usually has these in stock, or you just email at the BassPro website 'check in stock' page, and then they will get one from another store and hold it for you to come in.

Thanks Dar to but I'm looking for a C&R in the $150 or less range.

I'm hoping that someone here on the C&R Exchange will help me out by selling me something.
