The late 2013 session is about to kick off, and we might like to take a closer look at one of our two solid Anchors on SCOTUS, Justice Antonin Scalia.

Scalia is a corporate puppet and a whackjob IMO.

I can't speak to that, but he's got YOUR back on 2A issues.

Care to shed some light on, well "whackjob" can't be corroborated, but the corporate puppet should have some documentation.

Or is my sarcasm meter broken?

OP brings a serious topic and all you got is one-liners? Weak sauce Armando, weak sauce.

Thanks for posting hardlyworking, I'll read it tomorrow.

But, Scalia is wicked smart. His rulings are an education to me. I can see his logic in the text, unlike the more liberal Justices.

If you are basing this opinion on Citizens United, please read what was written by the Justices, not, what our biased media reports. I believe you will find it a sensible ruling.
