I have an italian made .36 caliber cap and ball black powder revolver for sale. I was told that the hammer spring is bad, but im not sure. It is missing the front sight. call 714 797 8770 and ask for jason or stephanie if interested.

What is it? Pietta, Uberti or ??, a 1851, 1861 , 1858 steel frame brass frame Etc Etc!
Pictures would help also.

And it also helps if you say what kind it is. Model and frame material. Oh, and post it in the marketplace. Also, with as much as you have wrong with it, realize it isn't worth all that much. Probably in the $45-60 range. Nobody wants to spend a lot of money on something that they may or may not be able to get parts for.

:rofl: No offense OP, but nobody in their right mind is going to pay almost full retail for a busted-up, used cap and ball revolver of unknown make or model. Look at it from a buyer's point of view. Would YOU pay that much for somebody else's broken gun, sight unseen? And if it is one of the brass-framed models, it isn't even worth fixing.
