Anyone ever use an Emerson Karambit? I've been looking for one but wanted some opinions before I just drop some cash on one. Thanks.

I like the Super Karambit, carrys well in your front pocket and deploys in flash thanks to the wave feature.

I have friends who are LEO's in Az and carry the Super Karambit on duty.

It depends on your use, I'm saving up for the Fox karambit to be my EDC knife.

Funker tactical has a video set on it, it's a really nice knife.

Its a diff approach to knife fighting

Emerson Super Karambit. It's a nice weapon if your trained to use it.

Look into the 5.11 CUB Master 2.0 as well.

The Spyderco Tasman can make a good alternative. I have the larger Spyderhawk. Böker makes a decent one as well

I've carried the Emerson Karambit for about 4 years now. Lightning fast into action and techniques are fluid and easy to practice. Get the Karambit trainer too. You'll save yourself some stitches!

The Emerson kbit has the wave which is nice. For the most part it can be used by modifying western boxing punches. Just don't spin it no matter how cool it seems. Ask me how I know this.

After learning about it and watching a few videos the karambit really intrigues me… I would love to learn how to really fight with one.

This video shows some really fancy karambit work… very powerful tool if you take the time to learn the art of using one.

I have a 5.11 cub master karambit nib. I carried it once, not a big fan of karambits. I would trade for an esee junglas , esee 4, or maybe a Becker.
