Since the building department already asked him to remove the sign, I bet there is something written in the city ordinance that does not allow signage to be posted that close to the road. Not uncommon for that to be in the ordinance.

1st Amendment, 2nd Amendment, the Bill of Rights is just an old antiquated document that needs to be revised. They are collective rights that if the majority of the people disagree with can be gotten rid of. It is well within a community's civil right to have the sign removed maybe even the owner arrested because he is in counter to the community's wishes.

Who needs the 4th and 5th Amendment either? Only the criminals have something to hide and if possession need to be taken for the safety of the community, then so be it.

Waiting on the facts to develope...
But, one would think the pd would inform owner when said items removed(private property).

Meanwhile, charges dropped on man arrested for speaking out about common core at school meeting. (slight trend here...)

Holy crap! This will be interesting as the 3rd Amendment is thought to be unheard of and archaic these days. If they can't prove a 3rd Amendment violation, 4th and 5th Amendment violations may have occurred as well. Another thing that would be interesting is if the family uses references such as police having military type weapons and training to make the connection that police are soldiers.

The blaze must have photoshopped the sign at the bottom of the article.
It is supposed to have a stenciled AR15 between the logo's on the top of the sign. At least, you can see that on the sign in the officer's hands in the first pics.

The dude chas made 3 or 4 signs by stencil, it is probably a picture of the sign that got stolen the week before..
