I just picked up my new rifle from Randy at R&D Precision and all I can say is he is an artist! Love the new rifle and I am very comfortable with the AX chassis even though I usually have more conventional type stock i.e.. Manners, Mc Millan. Here she is...

It's really a dream come true for me to own one of Randy's rifles. Some people want other "brand" rifle builders rifles but all I have ever wanted was an R&D Precison. Thank you Randy!

Fellow R&D owner here. Nice build. Hard not to be satisfied with his build when they print like that congrats!

Very nice! I have an AICS 2.0 but I've been tempted to do another build in an AICS AX.

Whats the barrel length on that thing, and what scope did you top it with?

Thank you for the comments. Yeah I am very happy with the groups, gonna take it out to 600yds on Tuesday. It is a 22" Bartlein 5R 1-11:25 twist. I recently switched all of my long range precision optics to the Bushnell DMR series. This is the 4.5-30x50 XRS model with the G2 reticle. A lot of scope for the money.

Nice! Seems to work well. I wasn't sure about the 22" barrel since I am so used to the usual 26" but it shoots like a dream and I seem to be getting good velocity plus it looks nice and is pretty handy compared to the 26".
